When you want to restart your life after 50, try to take all benefit in a single attempt, for this you want to do all the work at once. Reality is that power of doing work decreases according to age. We can’t achieve our target as same as young people because our metabolism is not same as young people have. They can enjoy more benefits in compare to 50 years old people. They have more energy, they have more time for recovery, they have less responsibilities therefore we can’t compare ourself with them.
- Don’t be fear in adopting new challenges
Generally, we don’t restart in fear that we will have to face new technology and I have no dare to adopt it. This type of thinking pulls you back from bright future.
