All your plan depends on how you start your day. I want to share my daily routine with you because this has given me a cushion after my angiopathy. I start my day with two glasses of warm water, then go toilet, coming from here I do 15 minutes of stretching exercises, 15 minutes do yoga, and 20 minutes of morning walk. After that, I take tea with dry fruits, then take a bath and offer puja, then have a light breakfast like moong dal chilla, suji chilla, poha, Dalia, oats and etc. It needs consistency in your daily habits after 50.
