If you are not satisfied with this tea, then take milk tea, but no sugar. If you want some sugar in tea, take one-fourth of a teaspoon. Then take a break fast like poha, oats,dalia, moong dal chila or suju with curd chila. If you want to take fruits, you can take papaya, apple or seasonal fruits; it depends on your choice. Eating a balanced diet keeps you energised throughout the day.

Read & write positive things about you & plan your day in advance. This small act builds mental clarity & keeps your mind active. Try to connect with a positive thought or a motivational book. Always read & write positive things about yourself, which will motivate you to achieve your target. Make a relation with a newspaper & try to read columns that help you polish your thoughts.
